Pearl City, scheduled to be completely completed in 2014, is scheduled for a phase I opening early 2012. Homes and shopping for the first phase. Located in back of Sokha and Independence Hotels, near the beach, Pearl City is by far the biggest development SihanoukVille has seen yet. Homes start at $140k (now probably triple that) and go up.
There's a casino shopping mall here now, and many on-line "casino" operations here. Chinese management.
